After we managed to leave Lancaster traffic, we get onto country backroads rolling thru fields. Farms sprinkled around. Lots of Amish farms apparently. Hills are quite steep and stay with us for the whole day.
Later we hit main roads again and the second half of the day is on the shoulder — if there is one.
It’s very muggy today. Not ideal and I’m glad we started (and finished) early.
